Just 350 meters from the beach, this cozy and modernly furnished 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with approximately 63 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. This very family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Two separate bedrooms provide space for 4 people. Conveniently located in front of the property is a lockable outdoor storage room that offers space for bicycles or similar items. The apartment is assigned a free parking space, No. 32.

We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bedding for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a laundry package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utility costs.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.
