Thank you for your review. We were glad to hear that you thought our house was in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and beaches and well stocked with everything you needed. You also say that communication with us was excellent, so we were more than disappointed to see on your review that you made a comment on the heated pool “not being particularly heated” without even communicating this to us or our team in Fuerteventura during your stay. Despite having been advised of the days and approximate times that our pool attendants call to the villa to clean the pool and also given their telephone contact number prior to your arrival, you still did not bring your concerns to their attention. The pool temperature is set to be at 28 degrees centigrade and our pool heater is a top of the range Zodiac model, which has been checked since we received your review and found to be in perfect working order. The villa has been occupied for eight weeks since your departure and no negative comments were received about the pool during this time. The nearest beach to the villa (100 metres) which you say is “more like a rocky strip” is called Coco Beach and is the beach used by the 5 Star Atlantis Bahia Real Hotel. There is a picture of it in the above photos called “Just Across The Road - Coco Beach”, so people can judge for themselves. Of course, as you say there are many other beautiful beaches also. We agree that the villa needed a little updating and are happy to advise that at the time of writing this reply (June 21st 2019 ) the villa is receiving a makeover which will be finished on time for our next guests.
