Movie Projector: The movie projector is available for your enjoyment, but guests are responsible for setting it up themselves.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late check-outs or extensions beyond the approved check-out time will be charged $150.

No Parties:
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and a $3,000 fine.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
