Welcome to our beautiful, sky high Penthouse suite at Princess Heights, over looking Dawn Beach, with views of Sint Barts. One Master bedroom and two bathrooms, including a jetted tub/shower, where guests can relax in comfort. Marble floors are throughout the unit. The living room features a pullout sofa bed and a pullout twin bed, perfect for extra visitors or lounging while watching a 65" flat screen tv. Stay refreshed with air conditioning throughout the space. A fully equipped modern kitchen with dish washer, stainless refrigerator/freezer, ice maker and of course a blender, allows you to cook in. (There are small grocery stores within a mile for food and beverages). Or, you can dine out at one of the many excellent restaurants near by.(L' Oasis, Mama Pizza, BZH, and the Veranda) to name a few. On the front deck enjoy a quiet morning sunrise while listening to the ocean, with a coffee in one hand and a good book in the other. Or, you can have a late afternoon cocktail on the back deck while watching the sun set over the mountains. This is the only condo that offers 3 decks to view from!
Other amenities include a fitness center, large swimming pool with water slide and diving board. You are on the quiet side of the island so you can either rent a car, (recommended) or Uber/taxi around. Parking is free. Call Exclusive Car Rental (721 581 2522 ask for Ryan). Sint Maarten is known for it's beautiful beaches and Dawn Beach is a 8 minute walk away. Because Princess Heights is located right on the Dutch/French border you are only a 10 minute drive to famous Orient Beach. A beach chair, umbrella and cocktail are $10.00 at the Pirate. Ask for Arthur or Victor the beach guys! By the way, did I say the food was spectacular! Try the restaurants at Orient for lunch.. You will not be disappointed. For evening dining you have to go to Grand Case! This is where you separate tourist food from fine dining. If you aren't driving take a cab ride with Grey Taxi (721 526 9066). He is quite the personality and knows what's happening on the island of Sint Maarten or as the French say Sint Martin;)
