This modern vacation apartment is located right in Kiel-Schilksee’s Olympic Harbor. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes, with shopping options in the row of stores above the harbor, and a large Rewe supermarket is a 10-minute walk away.
With a bus stop right outside the door, you have quick access to downtown. It’s a 5-minute walk away. Or you can take the fjord steamboat from the Schilksee pier to Laboe or on to downtown.
You can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike right from the apartment.
The vacation rental is located on the third floor of the Olympiazentrum. Thanks to its west-facing location, you can enjoy the sunset from the balcony.
The one-room, non-smoking apartment is suitable for 2 people and was renovated in the spring of 2024. The total area of 33 m² includes a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a dishwasher), a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway with a spacious closet. The living area features a fold-out bed with a spring mattress and a built-in couch.
Bed linens and towels can be booked for an additional fee of 15 € per person.

Bicycle storage and a parking space are available.



On-site costs: A security deposit of 200.00 € is required, which will be refunded upon return of the property in good condition. Bedding and towels can be booked for an additional fee of 15 EUR per person. The final cleaning fee of 50.00 EUR must be paid in advance.
