Vacation Rental No. 11 in the Likedeeler complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>The approximately 42 m² apartment is located on the first floor and features a north-facing terrace. You’ll also have access to a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is just 70 meters away.<br><br>The living room is modern and tastefully furnished. A flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player provide entertainment. The sofa bed (130 x 200 cm) offers a comfortable sleeping space for 2 people. The living area has laminate flooring. You can step out onto the terrace directly from the living room.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). A spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe is, of course, also available. The flooring here is laminate. Blackout curtains on the windows ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.<br><br>The well-equipped kitchen has everything you could want: a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes and glasses—you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining here.<br><br>A modern, tiled bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available.<br><br>You can park your car in the underground garage, and there’s also a bike storage room. Additionally, the building features Wi-Fi (subject to availability), an elevator, and coin-operated washers and dryers (shared use).<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. The beach is about 70 meters away. Popular restaurants and cafés are in the immediate vicinity. <br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. <br>Most apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. <br>You can safely park your car in the building’s underground garage (maximum vehicle height: 2.0 meters). The individually and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, each with a large balcony or terrace, invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation with everything close at hand. <br>All vacation apartments feature a living-dining area, a kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement. <br>You’ll find a bike storage room in the underground parking garage for your bicycles.
