House is even better than the pictures and description. Plenty of room for larger groups and had all amenities. Property was clean and easy access to major attractions. AC on both levels of the house was working properly. We didn’t have any issues, as the home owner provides everything and more.

The house was clean, and the house was exactly as posted. The host was very gracious, and the location was central to both events were close to the home.I don't know if it's standard in Texas, but there were no dish towels. It was too hot to enjoy the enclosed patio I couldn't figure out how to turn the fan on.I would recommend this host. Overall, the stay was great.

This home is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and offers a peaceful stay with plenty of beds and a great patio space that worked well for kids. The homeowner was quick to respond when we had difficulty connecting to the internet. Overall, the layout is spacious and comfortable, making it a good fit for larger groups. While generally clean, areas like the chandeliers, AC vents, window ledges, and bathroom exhaust fan could use a deep cleaning. We also noted several maintenance issues: the main refrigerator wasn't cooling (we used the wine fridge), the dryer squeals loudly, there is an exposed wire in the upstairs shower light, and one upstairs bedroom stayed quite warm. The updated bathrooms are luxurious and a highlight of the property. However, we did notice a few missing standard amenities: a coffee maker, kitchen drinking glasses, mattress pads, and a trash can for the upstairs bathroom. Furthermore, the primary bedroom gets extremely bright at night due to an outdoor floodlight, so the addition of blackout curtains would be highly recommended. With just a bit more attention to these details, this would easily be a top-tier property.

Everything was good, just not very clean. 5 adults and one infant, we stayed comfortably and the home served its purpose. Unfortunately, the place was very dirty. We found fingernails, crumbs, old jewelry bits, etc. In the bedrooms within the shag rugs. Lots of the renovations/upgrades were not done properly so it seems very thrown together. Served as our home base but didn’t really feel like home. Area was great and easy to get to.
