The Ultimate Waterfront Experience
Everything you need for a day on the lake is included. Launch from the community boat ramp or take out the six provided kayaks (four adult, two youth) to explore the peaceful shoreline. If you’re looking for more speed, Baxter Marina is just 10 minutes away for boat rentals.

Dual Level Decks: Enjoy coffee on the lower deck or gather around the gas fire pit on the upper deck for s'mores.

It was a very nice lake home! Worth the price ! The walk to the water wasn’t too long, but too hard to carry and get kayaks to the water. The games for kids were fun for all ages. The golf cart rides were a big hit!

We really enjoyed this property and location. The house was clean and spacious and provided the basic amenities and then some! We really enjoyed the lake access and kayaks. We used the decks daily during our stay. We were willing to and travelled to surrounding areas to experience places we wouldn't normally be close to, so the location for us was great for that. We would love to stay here again.

Another great stay!

We loved our stay so much we stayed again! This property does not disappoint. We love the direct lake access, the roomy kitchen, and plenty of space to spread out. Michelle is great to work with.

Loved the Space

Beautiful cabin in a quaint lake front subdivision and plenty of space with comfortable beds. The trail to the lake is really well kept, it’d be a ton of fun in the summer.Only downside was slow(ish) internet but the kids really enjoyed the game room in the basement.

This is our sixth year in this wonderful neighborhood, and our goal is to ensure every guest experiences the same sense of 'home' and relaxation that we feel every time we pull into the driveway.

It’s a place where neighbors are genuinely friendly and the atmosphere is incredibly inviting. Because there is only one way in and one way out, the roads stay quiet and peaceful, making it a very kid-friendly environment. Plus, having community boat ramp access right here makes getting onto the water completely effortless.
