Beautiful vacation home for up to 8 adults and 1 child in the heart of Grömitz - 20

Enjoy your vacation in our spacious 160 m² vacation home, centrally located in Grömitz—yet just 200 m from the beach. It is designed to accommodate 8 adults and 1 child, and your dog is also welcome.

The house features 5 separate bedrooms, three of which have double beds and two of which have single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains. Upon request, we’ll provide a crib and a high chair free of charge. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped. From the kitchen, you have access to the furnished patio with a grill.

Relax in the spacious guest garden with a grill, seating, and lounge areas. Bicycles you bring with you can be parked behind the house. The sauna is available for a fee upon request.


Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the promenade and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town center!

The vacation complex consists of a spacious two-story vacation home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an elevator in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the first floor. This bathroom is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the vacation apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on €0.50 coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the vacation home even has two parking spaces).
