Our spacious, modernly furnished ground-floor vacation rental offers plenty of room to feel at home and relax across 108 square meters. Thanks to the separate entrance, you’ll enjoy maximum privacy and can start your vacation undisturbed. The apartment features a bright, fully equipped kitchen-living room with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, as well as a coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and electric bread maker—ideal for cozy breakfasts or evenings spent cooking together. In the comfortable living room, complete with a cozy couch and flat-screen TV, you can wind down the day in relaxation. Two stylish bedrooms with high-quality, comfortable double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m) ensure restful nights. One bedroom also features a single bed. For extra comfort, our duvets are a generous extra-long size (155 x 220 cm). The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a walk-in shower. A real highlight is the large, covered terrace for your exclusive use, offering a magnificent view of the valley. Here you can relax, enjoy nature, spend cozy evenings barbecuing, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Families with children are also very welcome here: a large garden invites them to play and run around. There is a playground with swings, a slide, a trampoline, and other play equipment. We’re also happy to provide a crib and a high chair for our little guests. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available throughout the entire property. Numerous hiking and biking trails begin right outside the front door, including the well-known Goldsteig. Whether it’s leisurely strolls or extended tours through the beautiful natural landscape of the Upper Palatinate Forest on the border with the Bavarian Forest—nature lovers and active vacationers alike will find both relaxation and adventure here. We look forward to providing you with a restful and unforgettable getaway! A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person upon arrival. Pets are allowed. Additional charge per pet: 10.00 EUR/night; a crib can be provided upon request.
