Very quiet location with gorgeous views.Small, but sufficient for 1 or 2 adults.Hotplate and toaster oven, along with coffee maker.5 minutes to Dorset Center and 15 to Manchester.

A perfect getaway! Lovely place, full of light and great views! Well-equipped and as described. Kind, welcoming hosts! Highly recommend Kim’s coffee and bread.

Cute lil one room (plus bathroom) apartment above a garage. Hosts were so generous and nice and Lulu made sure we stayed entertained.

Perfect cozy spot for a weekend to enjoy the Manchester/Dorset area! This is a beautiful, quiet place close to great hiking plus the restaurants and art scene in Manchester. The gardens are beautiful even as fall is settling in.My husband and I enjoyed meeting Kim and her coffee added a great touch to our stay. We’ll be back when another special event brings us to the area.

Perfect spot to enjoy nearby Dorset and the surrounding area. Apt was clean well furnished east to get to and very peaceful. Wifi was strong and ensured good streaming and work connectivity. Owner roasts her own coffee which was included in the rental. Much better than the standard Kuereg set ups.

What a great place for peace and quiet. We had the best bread and coffee each morning thanks to our host’s talents for. Roasting beans and making a yummy sourdough. Her sweet spaniel greeted us each time we returned with a new toy to toss! We loved the area and I really got so much joy from viewing her gardens each morning. Thanks for a lovely respite from hot sticky N Florida.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful property! The host was lovely - as was the property dog, Lulu. Fresh coffee and flowers awaited us when we arrived and the whole weekend was just a little slice of heaven. Highly recommend!

This VRBO was very comfortable and cozy. We loved sitting out on the porch and drinking coffee every morning. Our host was very accommodating and communicative. Location is about 15 minutes from downtown Manchester and only about 7 into Dorset.

We loved our stay at Kimberly‘s - it’s a little slice of heaven. Definitely purchase some of her homemade sourdough bread while you’re there! Highly recommend staying there!
