A modern 3-room apartment for up to 4 people awaits you on the 5th floor, offering approximately 52 m² of space and a lake view.

The large bedroom features a double bed, a walk-in closet, a safe, and a 43" LED TV. This bedroom has no window.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds with a view of the lake.

Sit on the large, comfortable couch in the living room and enjoy the view of the lake. There’s also a 43" LED TV, a Blu-ray player, a weather station, and a compact stereo system.
Free Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

Enjoy your breakfast in the cozy, separate dining area. The fully equipped kitchen area features a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Senseo Switch 2-in-1 coffee maker. You’ll also find a toaster, a kettle and an egg cooker, a blender, and a picnic basket with ice packs. There’s also an ironing board with an iron and much more.
Let yourself be pleasantly surprised.

The bathroom, which includes a shower, also has a hair dryer.

The elevator in the building goes up to the 4th floor. Please note: There is no balcony.

The apartment includes a numbered parking space in the underground garage. The walk from the underground parking garage is approximately 100 m. Take the elevator to the 1st floor, walk past the swimming pool, and then take the next elevator to the 4th floor. The top floor is accessible on foot via the staircase.

Our Trafalgar Residence is a modern apartment complex with 99 units and a large recreational area on the 1st floor. The beach is only about 100 m away.
Recreational facilities: table tennis room, recreation area with indoor pool including a waterfall and counter-current system, whirlpool, fitness room, steam sauna, Finnish sauna, and bio sauna (60° with 40–50% humidity). The building also houses a restaurant, a pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, a newsstand, and a beauty salon.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
