From your corner townhouse, furnished in a cozy country style, it’s just a stone’s throw to the parking lot, the playground, and the restaurant. The south-west-facing location allows for sunny hours on the patio, and an awning provides shade.

We have thoroughly renovated our 64-square-meter vacation home, located on the outskirts of town, over the past few years (kitchen, bathroom, children’s room, terrace). It stands out for its particularly convenient location near the parking lot and playground facilities. 

The restaurant is also just a short walk away. The generously expanded terrace, with a flat lawn in front, faces southwest and is equipped with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. An awning provides pleasant shade in the afternoon when needed. Thanks to its location and amenities, our house is also ideal for families with up to 3 children.

Resort: The car-free Hochbergle vacation resort may only be accessed by car on the day of arrival and departure for the benefit of all guests. This allows children to move about freely while adults enjoy the peace and quiet. For our younger guests, there’s also table tennis, a soccer field, a large playground, a swimming lake just a few minutes away, and a sledding hill where they can let off steam. The “Hochberglestuben” restaurant caters to guests’ needs with affordable dishes and typical Bavarian and Allgäu cuisine (for a fee). The attractive vacation town of Lechbruck am See offers shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities.

Recreational Activities: The range of activities in Lechbruck am See extends from fishing and swimming to biking, volleyball, rafting, horseback riding, skiing, sledding, ice skating, hiking, and even golfing on the 18-hole golf course on the Gsteig with its unique panoramic views.
Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the unique mountain scenery of the Ammergau Alps. In Lechbruck, there are four lakes for swimming, fishing, water sports, and rafting. When winter transforms the landscape, two cross-country trails await skaters and cross-country skiers. Those who prefer a more peaceful pace can enjoy the clear, fresh winter air on a stroll along beautiful winter hiking trails. For our younger guests, there are plenty of hills for sledding. Not to mention the ice rink right in the center of town. Ski enthusiasts will find their paradise in the Ammergau and Allgäu Alps, just a few minutes’ drive away.
The fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle and the beautiful town of Füssen are only about a 30-minute drive from Lechbruck.
