Lin-34 - Residenz Villa Linde

You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment for up to 4 people with approximately 40 m² of living space in the
attic of Villa Linde.
One bedroom with a double bed and a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea; a combined living and sleeping area with a comfortable
double sofa bed; a separate dining area; a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave;
a shower/toilet and washing machine; a balcony; and satellite TV. Parking space next to the house.



You’ll be staying at Villa Linde in a fully equipped vacation apartment for 1–4 people, each featuring a bedroom, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, shower/toilet, balcony/terrace, TV, and, in some cases, a telephone.

Shops for daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, and spa facilities are just a few steps away. The North Beach, whose promenade leads all the way to the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Local recreational activities: movie theater, library, bowling, bike rental, indoor swimming pool, horseback riding, nightclub, boating, guided hiking and biking tours, the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge railway, and a wide range of programs for guests and children.

In winter: Cross-country skiing (20 km trail), sledding (350 m sledding hill).



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
