Ideal for 2 people, dogs welcome. This newly completed, east-facing apartment is located right on the beach at Andreas Dirks Straße No. 1. Here you’ll find a modern atmosphere, featuring a fantastic redesign of the original layout. The apartment features a separate sleeping area (box-spring bed, 160x200), a small kitchenette integrated into the living area with an oven/microwave, a ceramic/induction cooktop, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. In addition to the box-spring bed, there is another sleeping option available in the form of a comfortable sleeper sofa. The newly redesigned bathroom features a spacious shower. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, a smart TV (Netflix), and a PlayStation. An ideal place to stay for 2 people. A small, well-behaved dog is also welcome here (10€/night). Parking spaces are available on the street or in front of the building (for a fee). A washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the building’s shared laundry room. Welcome to the LOBSTER Apartment.

Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in der FeWo sehr genossen.
Wir haben zwei Anregungen:
1. Die Objektbezeichnung 106 und App. 12 war zunächst serh verwirrend, zumal es im Haus tatsächlich eine Wohnung 106 gibt.
2. Ein Ankleidespiegel (gegenüber Fenstern) wäre schön.
