Great stay, highly recommend.The apartment is spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable, especially the beds. The team is excellent, very flexible with our late check-in and welcoming throughout.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Covent Garden with fantastic restaurants all around. The nearby theatre was a great bonus and made the stay even more special.Would definitely stay again.

Le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, comunicación y ubicación
Location was the nice thing about the property. Sunlit, mostly quiet at night, wit h minor city noises. It felt different from the listing - be prepared for stairs to the unit and in the unit that are steep and winding. Not good for older people or young children. It was adequately but sparsely furnished. Definitely needs new carpeting for the staircase; water stained and wrinkles were off-putting. Wish the third floor bedroom had a table or dresser, and even a chair to put things on.

We appreciated that the host communicated with us before the check-in to assist with any questions. This property with all large-size rooms with plenty of closet space, is situated in the BEST part of Covent Garden, which we also appreciated a lot! It would have been helpful to know during the booking that this historic building is a 4 level townhouse with multiple sprial staircases. We used the 1st level foyer to access our bigger suitcases, so it wasn't a big problem. And, it would have helped us if one of the the top floor room closets was not used to store wet mop and other cleaning supplies.
