This sunny holiday apartment is newly furnished and is located on the 5th floor of a rental house in a Wilhelminian style in an excellent central location. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine "senseo" , water cooker, toaster, dishes, pots and dining table for 6 people. In the living room there is a high-quality leather sofa bed for 2 people. Children's bed and travel bed and a high chair are available. The bathroom has a shower bathtub, a WC, spacious sink and a washing machine with a dryer. Furthermore, there is a TV, hifi system, radio alarm, hair dryer and iron. The spacious roof terrace is located facing the south. Parking is possible on Stephanstraße, pets not welcome, not ideal for older people and handicapped individuals. There is no elevator available.

Great place to stay that is not far from public transit that takes you everywhere. The neighborhood has many good places to eat and get coffee. The host was very prompt with replying and giving instructions. Just be prepared for the stairs to the 5th floor.

Great location for our visit de Berlin

We went to Berlin for the world special olympics, stayed 11 nights in the appartment it was great, has all you need. And the outside space to sit in the evening was a big plus👍

The apartment itself was bright, comfortable, and offered lovely rooftop views. Guests should know that the stairs are no joke—getting up and down is a real workout, especially with luggage or a longer stay. Travel into the main tourist areas usually took 30–40 minutes by bus and subway. I had searched for “Mitte,” and while this place technically falls within that district, it’s actually in Moabit, outside the central tourist zone. The shower/bath setup may be difficult for anyone with mobility limitations. Communication with the host was good and they handled a last‑minute change, though the tone felt slightly stiff. Overall, a sunny apartment in a quieter part of the city with a few logistical challenges.

Get a feel for living in Berlin

This was a large well equipped apartment in the Mitte neighborhood close to great restaurants a park and close to public transportation The stairs are a bit of a challenge but we are over 70Our son had no problem walking the stairsThe shower worked well and the kitchen had everything you could needThis was an excellent stay for us

Other than luggage and the the stairs, we packed too much, all was great they toys and games for the kids. Sand box with touts down at ground level. Grcery and restaurants within walking distance and easy walk to link with transit.

Perfect spot in Berlin

The location of the apartment/flat is ideal as it’s a bus ride away from the Hauptbahnhof or main train station. In the neighbourhood there are several places to eat and a lovely little coffeehouse around the corner. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. Our host was amazing and very responsive.

Great apartment, a little far from public transport

Lovely apartment with space for at least 6 adults and kid. The Murphy bed in the living room is super comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Apartment is really clean and comfortable. A little far from the u Bahn, but two buses come quite close.

Suite was spacious and location was fairly central. Suite is on 5th floor with no elevator so not suitable for anyone who cannot climb stairs.

Cute & Convenient

Cute apartment just outside of Berlin. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We were very thankful for the A/C as the weather was quite hot while we were there. We loved the rooftop terrace. The stairs were kind of annoying after a long day of walking/touring Berlin but we are all fit and we knew there would be stairs before we booked the apartment. I would definitely stay there again!

Lovely apartment

We had a great time in Berlin, the apartment was wonderful, very clean, very quiet and everything was there. The 98 steps up the stairs were a challenge sometimes after a day Berlin. But then we are 70+ and we were warned in the ad. Next time we will certainly consider this apartment, depending on our physical condition

Een perfecte plek om te overnachten als je Berlijn wilt ontdekken. Neem wel je conditie mee, want na een dag slenteren, moet je nog wel naar de 5e verdieping lopen. De accomodatie is bijzonder compleet en comfortabel. Vaag duidelijk welk sleutelkluisje he miet gebruiken, want er hangen er veel onder elkaar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Moabit. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt dem Inserat und den bisherigen Bewertungen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, komfortabel und in ruhiger Lage mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Küche ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut, die Terrasse ist eln absoluter Pluspunkt, auch wenn wir sie jahreszeitbedingt natürlich nicht allzu intensiv nutzen konnten. Wenn es überhaupt einen kleinen Punktabzug in der B-Note gibt, dann für die Dusche, die doch in der Temperaturwahl recht digital unterwegs war.Wir hatten eine sehr gute, hilfreiche und nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und gerne wiederkämen. Wenn wir denn dann noch die 99 Stufen hoch kommen ...

grandios!

unser berlin aufenthalt verbrachten wir zur hälte in der wgh. und auf dem balkon. wir fühlten uns einfach wohl an diesem ort :) eine wirklich tolle wohnung. wir haben es sehr genossen. alles vorhanden und sehr sauber.hervorragend gelegen um in alle richtungen auszuschwärmen. um pausen in der basis einzulegen hat man stets kurze wege
