A free crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
Open-concept kitchen-living area, a box-spring bed (90x200 cm), and a fold-out sofa (1.2 m wide) suitable for 1 to 2 people as an additional sleeping option. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining table comes with 4 chairs. The bathroom features a shower, a towel warmer, a washing machine, etc.

Bicycles can be securely parked in the enclosed entryway or in the courtyard.
There are shared seating areas in the courtyard.

The apartment is located close to the city center and offers ideal public transportation access, as the tram stop is right in front of the building and the city center is only an 8-minute tram ride away.

After passing through the gate, you’ll reach the apartment via a few steps on the 1st floor (courtyard side).

Arriving by train: From the train station, take tram number 1 toward Europaplatz or tram number 5 toward Zoopark to the stop at Wendenstraße. The ride takes about 10 minutes.

Arriving by car: Free parking spots are available on the side streets (e.g., Wendenstraße, Hans-Sailer-Straße, etc.). On the main street, Magdeburger Allee, parking is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, as well as on Sundays.

For loading and unloading, you may park at the entrance to the building.
