The Space:

Conveniently located at Woodstone near downtown Glen Arbor, this luxury two-story home is a must-see! Enjoy an unbeatable location within walking distance of restaurants, shops, Lake Michigan, and Glen Lake. Some other must-visit attractions you can find within a short drive include Crystal River Trailhead, Sleeping Bear Point Trailhead, Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, Dune Climb, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse, Empire Bluff Trail, Crystal Mountain, and Mt. Holiday. As you enter this charming home, you will discover a beautifully decorated open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in front of the gas fireplace in the living room - it's the perfect spot to gather with your family and friends to stream fun movies and shows on the smart TV. Adjacent to the living room is a screened sunroom with lovely views overlooking the park. Keep an eye out for wildlife and birds that abound in the area. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with exquisite homemade meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. The main level also boasts a laundry room with a washer/dryer and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a primary suite with a smart TV and an en suite bath. The upper level houses two additional bedrooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. What a serene spot in Glen Arbor - walkable to downtown, beautiful back patio views, close to everything. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back. All needed amenities were there for us and check-in/out very easy. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

The home was advertised and great for our annual Leelanau winter getaway. We recommend adding reading lights in the living room and heat baseboards on the beautiful enclosed porch to take winter scenery.

Terrific stay in Deer Park 9

The house is lovely and very well situated within walking distance to Glen Arbor's stores, restaurants, and activities. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and we had a restful stay. Jenny and her team are wonderful !

Really enjoyed this house. Great location, beautiful area. House was clean and comfortable. Not a lot of kitchen supplies. We'd come again!

Great location

We thought this house was spacious, clean and perfect for our weekend in Glen Arbor. Easy walk to town. Nice furniture, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Not super stocked kitchen. Wish futon was a mattress.

Our local manager has confirmed that the this time of year, all homes store away their grills for the season. Grilling is not normal at this time of year in our area. Wonderful Glen Arbor Home

The location was terrific- easy walk to Glen Arbor! Quick access to Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail that we cycled. Super nice to have garage space to store our eBikes. kitchen was well appointed-living space very comfortable. beautiful back deck and enclosed porch to watch nature. nice walking trail on the association property. would definitely stay here again.

We would stay there again. Issues I saw :The ice maker was broke...no ice. Not good to keep drinks cool. Dining room light switch with dimmer was broke. I found a work around by turning light on using switch on opposite wall. both were reported. Seating in living room could be improved. How about a nice lazy boy there. I did not like the primary mattress as it was not comfortable. We liked the deck and deck chairs. Very comfortable. Washer and dryer worked well. Talking with help line was at times frustration as it seem they did not first read what I had said so I had to repeat it. They did offer to fix light but I told them we had a work around so there was no need to make a special trip. Ice maker issue will take time as either the water was not turned on or it is broke.
