I appreciated the detailed electronic communication, you knew exactly what to do. The keyless entry code was seemless , they even included a video which was helpful. The unit was very clean, and the views were excellent. Two balconies oceanside. A view of the bay on bayside from rear bedroom. Loved the starter kit. It does need updating in terms of furniture, there were stains on the sofas and dining chairs. We just covered it..beds not comfortable, new mattresses are needed for sure.The unit however, delivered on what we needed, no stress and time with family. Nice restaurants close by. Although, there was construction, it didn't adversely effect our stay, which was told to us beforehand also where to park. .No surprises!

Condo needed updating, which I knew, but it was clean. The view from the balcony was incredible and worth everything. We were out there all the time except to sleep and go out. The pool and lounge chairs were very nice, new and clean. Walk to the beach was extremely short from the pool. My texts and emails to VueStay Maryland were answered quickly.

Beach view wonderful. Pool wonderful - shaded much of the day in September. Host very responsive and very helpful from beginning to end. This unit is in dire need of updates! Old furniture put in corners needs removed Couch dirty. Steps dirty. Mattresses old. Rust on vents. Blinds broken. For a Penthouse - disappointing. Keypad at the door is unreliable. Sometimes had to type in code ten times before it took.
