The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want! Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. In this condo, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, access points to the balcony in both the living room and the primary bedroom, and TVs in the living room, the primary bedroom, and the den. Additional features include central air-conditioning and free WiFi throughout. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. This condo features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area, but The den is open (there's no partition/wall) Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great experience

The unit and onsite amenities were great. For such a big complex, it didn't feel over crowded. The beach access was fantastic. A few minor things missing from the unit were an iron and measuring cups, but that's it. We loved the stay, views and location.

Great for weekend escape

This condo was the perfect size for our group of 6 (mom and dad, Grammy, and kids ages 6 - 4 - 1.) Very close to the beach, and the property amenities really set this above some of the other options in the area.

Family fun in 801

Had a great time on our family vacation! We had 8 people in the unit and it was just the right size. Easy access to beach and pool! Kids loved the pool table and movie theater! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Didn’t appear they had cleaned up very well as when we got there lots of sand on floor and dirty dishes in dishwasher Overall though the stay was very nice🌟👍

Beautiful Experience

The accommodations were excellent. The only thing missing from the condo was an iron and ironing board. Some of the dishes and pans were not cleaned well when we went to use them. There were no measuring utensils in the kitchen. Beautiful views, Great location and on site accommodations.

Very nice place!

While the entire condo was great, there were some things in the specific room we stayed that should be addressed. -broken door frames -broken door knobs -flimsy latch on sliding glass door -seal on shower door Very MINOR issues, other than that: you cannot beat the location, the view and the convenience especially if you have kids! We’re already looking for rooms next year!

Great place for the family. Needs new beds

This place was great. Short walk to ocean. Indoor/outdoor pool a god send for the toddler/baby. He loved the splash pad. Playground was a nice touch. Overall really happy with the stay. Only thing I’d recommend is new beds. They were really crumby. Especially the two twins.

Weekend Getaway

I've been to Ocean City, MD several times. I usually stay in a hotel but decided to do something different for this trip. I booked this trip on a Wednesday for the weekend. The communication from the beginning was superb. When I arrived I got a text from Vacasa asking me a question. The place is just as described on the website. We were quite pleased. There were minor issues but with a quick text it was resolved. I would love to stay here again.

Just So So

801 Sea Watch was just so so. Outdated decor. Had outdoor carpet installed n both bedrooms over top regular carpet and not even cut properly to fit. Kitchen was great with updated appliances.

June 2022

Home needs some updates the living room screen balcony door is hard to shut and open and the door is hard to lock. When we arrived the room was not cleaned appropriately the dishes were still in the dishwasher from the previous renters and the trash was still in the trash can, the floors weren’t vacuumed. The beds are very lumpy and uncomfortable in the guest room twin bed And the bedspreads were very old and dated and the coffee pot is just a small coffee pot which we manage but a larger one would be nice with a coffee drinkers in the room. Both bathrooms were adequate no issues there all the appliances worked but we’re very noisy and rusty when opening with a small infant opening and shutting doors was noisy. It looks like the carpet was trying to be replaced with just an indoor outdoor rug that was laid over which made a trip hazard. One last thing it doesn’t note anywhere in the announcement that linens and towels are provided for the renters so we brought all ours along which weren’t needed so if that could be added it would be helpful when packing to come to your place Overall I’ll give a 5/10 rating.

Had potential, but not a priority.

The idea of this home is wonderful but poorly kept up with. We showed up to the smell of marijuana and brought that smell home on all of our clothes. We had to clean up garbage from under the beds and from inside the cabinets. Everything was covered in hair and sand the day we arrived. The carpets were not installed properly and when we rolled our luggage, the carpet came with us. The balcony screen doors barely moved. The fridge/freezer were not cleaned properly and had to be wiped down. We had to wipe down all drawers and clean every dish before use. The utensil holder was caked in hair and dirt. The bedroom door frame was cracked and didn’t not work properly. On several occasions, we were locked in the bedroom. The twin beds were falling apart and anytime you moved, you would knock the mattress off the frame. The balcony chairs were so cheap and blew away as the smallest gust of wind. The table out there was disgusting. It truly felt like everything was thrown in there and the bare minimum in cleaning was done. This place has potential but all of these small things made us feel disgusting. I complained about the garbage and the smell and was told to send photos. Of the smell? And then was asked if someone could come take a look. It had already been hours since we checked in and I had cleaned up.
