Etschbacher Vacation Rentals – Vacation on the sunny side of the Enns Valley!



Our apartment building is located in Weißenbach near Haus im Ennstal, right in the heart of the Schladming-Dachstein region, making it the perfect starting point for a variety of winter and summer activities. In winter, the Hauser Kaibling aerial cableway is just a 2-minute drive away, and a ski bus stop is within walking distance. In summer, you can set out on idyllic hikes and mountain tours right from our house.



At our Etschbacher vacation apartments, there’s the right apartment for every guest. We offer two vacation apartments (50 m²) for 2 to 3 people and 2 to 4 people, respectively, as well as one vacation apartment (32 m²) for 2 people. The two larger apartments feature a bedroom, a living-sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toilet. The smaller apartment consists of a living-sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, and toilet. Each apartment features satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The absolute highlight, however, is the balcony, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the local mountain landscape of the Schladminger Tauern and the Dachstein Massif.



We’re happy to offer a bread roll service, with the local baker delivering fresh bread daily.



Of course, we don’t want to keep the other amenities of our property a secret from you. Our fitness and game room is especially popular with our younger guests. In winter, you can store your gear safely in our ski storage room. In summer, bike parking spaces are available. Our garden, with its lawn for sunbathing and barbecue area, is especially popular—it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy many a balmy summer evening. In town, you’ll find a cozy coffeehouse and a rustic restaurant for dinner.



We are partners of the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card. This means that during the summer (late May through mid-October), over 100 top leisure attractions in our vacation region are included in your room rate. Whether it’s cable cars and toll roads, swimming lakes and pools, public buses, or children’s and family programs—there’s plenty of variety, and the absolute best part: starting with a two-night stay, the round-trip ride up and down the Dachstein is also free.



Thanks to our central location, in winter you’re just a 2-minute drive from Hauser Kaibling, the eastern entry point to the Schladming 4-Mountain Ski Area. A ski bus stop is within walking distance of the house. You can go on winter hikes and take horse-drawn sleigh rides right from our Etschbacher vacation apartments. We’d be happy to organize a game of curling for you at the local ice rink. Within a 15-minute drive, you can reach the cross-country skiing paradise of Ramsau as well as the toboggan runs on the Hochwurzen or the Galsterberg.
