Spend your days swimming, fishing, boating, or exploring the bay with 4 provided kayaks and a canoe, then unwind in the expansive backyard or down by the shoreline—perfect for volleyball, lawn games, or relaxing around the fire pit at the beach as the sun sets over the lake.

Inside, guests can enjoy a massive 2,000-square-foot game room complete with a full wooden bar and seating, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, and a poker table—creating the ultimate space for entertainment and gathering. Perfect size for family get together and fishing trips. Lake views are 100x better than pictures show.

House was huge. Property was awesome with lake views. Kitchen was pretty well stocked and amenities were beyond expected. The host was so easy and accommodating. Would definitely stay again with a large group.

This property is perfect for a large gathering. It's location is close to Chaumont, Clayton, Thousand Islands, Canada, and so much more. The lake view is beautiful especially sitting on the swing on the spacious deck. Our host was available and answered all our questions. We found our stay very enjoyable and would recommend staying there.

This was our first family vacation!! We couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy our stay. House is beautiful!!! We had 13 adults and 7 kids. There was enough space for everyone. The kids doubled up in the bunk rooms. The game room is unbelievable!!! Huge!!! My husband brought his bass boat. There was enough parking for all the vehicles. We definitely will return!!

The home and property is amazing. Unbelievable on how well equipped this Home is. It literally has everything. From kitchen supplies to outdoor activities it is all here.
