This is an amazing place right in the bay. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking for our whole family. The views each morning of the tide coming in and out were sublime. We would love to come back here

We found this property to be perfect for a larger group. It had amazing views and sunsets, perfect location for bay side and ocean side, great for kayaking and enjoying summer games on the lawn. Loads of kitchen and dining space. Plan to return next year!

Beautiful place but dated - need AC instructions with all the mini splits - can’t beat the views

The location is magical! The house is huge - lots of different gathering spaces and the best patio in Cape Cod. The VIEW!House is a bit dated - but clean and it all works.I say the description needs updating on two points. There IS a great outdoor shower. And there is no caretaker. The fourth bedroom is the ‘caretaker’ space.
