Everything was nice, and like it said in the listing. But one thing that wasn't the greatest was how dirty the floor was. Our kids had black feet within like 10 minutes of running around. It made us a little nervous about the cleanliness. We enjoyed our stay. I wish that there would have been a way to do the water park.

Overall, this was an easy trip and we had plenty of space. Access to the condos was easy, and the Waterpark day passes were easily purchased.

Check in

Renting property was very easy. When arriving could only get in one condo. Called local number for help and could totally tell women did not know what to do. Kept putting me on hold. Took over an hour for someone to actually help us Get in second condo. After that things went well

Check In was terrible

Unfortunately, the check in process and key code to get in was a MESS I was on the phone several times, and the code provided to get into the property was 1. not accurate, and 2. changed several times. This left us with uncertainty when we would return if we could get into our room...

The bed and kitchen facilities were fine, however, the air conditioning unit in one of our rooms needed to be repaired, which calling the service number did resolve. Also, the fact that we would have to complete our own laundry if we wanted fresh towels was not plainly disclosed, nor the fact that we would need quarters for the laundry machines in order to complete a load, and there was no coin change machine anywhere on the premises. Also, one of the remotes for the TVs was not functional.
