Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that some of the pots and pans did not meet your expectations. The owner is currently on-site making upgrades to the property and is also reviewing the kitchen supplies and equipment, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’re also sorry that the few steps between the kitchen and the lower living room/dining area were unexpected. The change in level is shown in the property’s 3D tour, but we understand that it may not have been as noticeable as we would have liked. We also appreciate your comments regarding the moisture downstairs. Because that area sits on a concrete foundation, it can accumulate moisture more easily, and we are actively looking into ways to better manage and reduce it. We truly appreciate your feedback as we continue making improvements to the property. We hope you still enjoyed your stay and would be happy to host you again in the future.
