Our guest apartment is located in Schönenbach, a small hamlet in the municipality of Schluchsee at an elevation of approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. We enjoy an excellent high-altitude climate with above-average air quality.
Enjoy peace and relaxation on the open, sunny ridge and let our view inspire you: When weather conditions are right, the Alps rise above the sea of fog over the Upper Rhine and the Alpine foothills.
In addition to the many recreational activities the Upper Black Forest has to offer, we’re also an ideal starting point for varied hikes through meadows and forests or exciting bike tours.
We’re a bit off the beaten path—perhaps exactly what you’re looking for!
Schluchsee Lake is about 5 km away. Nearly every water sport is available there. You can also explore Schluchsee Lake in comfort aboard a sightseeing boat.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find a small indoor pool with a sauna and a foot bath with a barbecue area—perfect for relaxation.
Unwind and relax in our typical Black Forest nature or simply on the private terrace and lawn of your vacation rental.
