This luxury home on Lake Bob Sandlin sleeps up to 18 comfortably and boasts 6 inviting bedrooms, including a king-sized adjustable bed in the downstairs master-suite and an upstairs, spacious bunk room with 4 queen beds, a huge television and toys for kids. The other 4 bedrooms upstairs all feature comfortable queen pillow-top mattresses and have wonderful views. Guests enjoy 4 full bathrooms and 2 powder rooms, each with luxurious amenities. The master bath includes a bidet and a walk-in rainfall shower with wall jets and steam capabilities along with a luxurious bath for soaking. Hair dryers, towels, soaps, shampoos, and paper products, can be found in all of the 4 full bathrooms. Downstairs has a large family room with a huge reclining sectional and +100" TV with surround sound so the entire family can be all in the same room while conversing, playing board games, cards, or watching their favorite movies. The family room leads into the large kitchen area where you'll find upgraded kitchen appliances including an under-counter microwave, 6 burner gas stove with griddle, and 4 ovens. There is also an oversized built-in refrigerator & freezer for loading up the weekends, and don't forget about the built-in ice maker that comes in handy for those hot days or putting a cooler together. All of this with lakefront water views. There is an upstairs kitchen and game room that boasts a full-sized pool table and shuffleboard so guests can keep themselves entertained without having to go up and down the stairs. The space stays cozy with 3 separate heating and cooling units for the entire home, but you can always go out on either of the upstairs or downstairs balconies to enjoy the night air or view of the lake. If lake fun is what you are looking for, then this is the perfect home for you! A short walk down to the boathouse provides the best lake entertainment around. Whether its stepping down the stairs from the dock into the swimming hole to cool off or just float, or taking a ride down the slide, everyone will have an awesome time in the water. When they get hungry, you can prepare your favorite outdoor meals using the freshwater kitchen sink and propane bar-b-q kitchen. There is no need to go back and forth to the house since there is a full-sized refrigerator in the boathouse storage closet. Done with the swimming and floating? Drop a fishing line in the water! Some of the largest catfish and bass around are on Lake Bob Sandlin and the boathouse is in the perfect location to catch both! Whether relaxing, playing games in the house or choosing to be down at the lake, this brilliant estate offers everything guests need. We had a fantastic stay at this lake house! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful setting, the sunsets and beautiful lake views made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy time together.We particularly enjoyed the swimming hole and the slide on the boat dock and the grandkids caught numerous fish.The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from booking through check-out. We truly felt at home during our stay.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lake house to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

We had six adults and two teenage cousins, our grandchildren. Our children and their spouses are excellent cooks and enjoy cooking. The large and beautiful kitchen was perfect for our group! We had great meals, great wine, and cooked tenderloins on the outside grill one night. Our grandchildren enjoyed jumping off a high platform at the boathouse. Our 14 year old granddaughter caught a huge catfish on a blue fox bass lure (miracles happen at this place!). Even the grandparents caught blue gills. Watching the sunset from the covered deck at the back of the house with a favorite beverage was unbeatable. We only left the house twice in four days: once to pick up things we forgot to bring (Walmart in Mountain Pleasant) and to pick up Sea Doos we rented one day. It was a great four day get away for all, and two adults even worked some with great WiFi. The home could easily handle a larger group than ours.
