We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered, including the broken blinds, toilet flush valve, rugs, dining bench, and the issue with the XUMO cable box. We did reach out during your stay and asked if you could please let us know if it was still not providing any channels so that we could have a Spectrum technician stop by to address the issue. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response back. We will also be addressing the other maintenance items with our team to ensure they are corrected for future guests.
