Vacation apartment (60 m²) with a balcony, sleeping up to 5 people

The vacation rental (60 square meters) with a balcony is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen-living room features a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, and electric stove with four burners). Dish towels, cleaning supplies, and coffee and tea accessories are also provided for your use. The room is also furnished with a seating area, a couch, an armchair, and a TV. In the newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet, one hand towel and one shower towel per guest, as well as toiletries, are provided. One bedroom has a double bed, and the second has two single beds. When booking for five people, a fold-out bed is added to the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous places to stop for a bite to eat, a grocery store, a bakery, and a butcher shop. The nearby spa park, complete with a children’s playground, is a great place to relax. There’s a bus stop right across from our farm. From there, you can easily and stress-free—and for free with the GUTi guest card—reach the most beautiful sights around the climatic health resort of Lam, such as the Lohberg Wildlife Park, Bodenmais, the glass village of Weinfurtner, Arnbruck, Bad Kötzting, and Furth im Wald—or, in winter, to the Eck-Riedlstein and Großer Arber ski areas or the Scheiben cross-country skiing center. You can also charge your e-bike for free at the bus stop. With the GUTi guest card, you’ll also receive a free trial admission to the Osserbad (outdoor and indoor pool with sauna). Our young guests can enjoy a sandbox, trampoline, mud kitchen, and toy vehicles. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide you with a grill. We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our farm. However, we would like to expressly point out that we do not offer a traditional “farm vacation.” Our service consists solely of renting out the vacation apartment. We do not offer recreational activities such as petting animals, riding a tractor, etc. However, you are welcome to bring pets for an additional fee (10.00 euros per night/pet).
