Fantastic location with amazing views! We had a bear show up on the front porch one day! Kids loved the swimming pool and movie room. The house had a very nice layout with minimal stairs on the main level that worked well for elderly parents. The host was very responsive and great to deal with!

This place was beautiful but had some issues. The dishwasher is broken so be prepared to wash dishes by had. The bed in the top bedroom left side has a huge divet in it so does hurt the back. The refrigerator shelf was broken most of the doors did not latch the pool was extremely cold and the wifi lags badly. If you watch a movie in the theater expect a lot of NO signal and breaks in the movie. Very beautiful cabin just needs to be more accommodating to guest and not wanting any stress

Sharon Thank you for the response. We did fix the Dishwasher the same day it was reported as not working. The pool is heated and is set to be at 78 degrees at all times. We will install the Wifi Mesh network for better connectivity. Thank you for your feedback.

New Owner- Mice, wasps, broken tv and fridge, pool code door is broken so can just walk in- dangerous for little onesGreat potential but miscommunication from owner who must live in a different countryWaited for exterminator to have no show, next day came outside of windowTv got replaced but yet another repairman- impacted vacation No where to put clothes in floor one bedroomBeautiful views , great potential, loved the pool, lots of bears but so disappointed with the issues and time wasted esp for price

We have promptly responded to all guest demands. We replaced the TV the same day we found it not working. The exterminator came and checked the entire house and did not find any trace of mice anywhere. He checked behind the stove, refrigerator, all the spaces where he might find any indication of mice. They went ahead and placed traps anyway to make sure and will keep checking every week to make there is no issue. The issue related to wasp and pool lock was never reported and we are not aware of any such issue from any other guests that have stayed at this property before. We have made every attempt to staisfy everything guest reported to us promptly like we would expect if we were staying at a place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was beautiful, so spacious, and had an amazing view! Our kids spent so much time in the pool, and the host even sent someone out to fix the pool heater during our stay which we really appreciated! The movie theater and sitting on the porches was a must! We did have a bear friend that spent a lot of time around the cabin, make sure to keep your car doors locked!

We really enjoyed our time in this home, which was clean and well-equipped. A pleasant surprise was the grill, which had not been listed in the amenities. We really appreciated the throws, blankets, and pillows, which were plentiful and helped make everyone comfortable. The views were outstanding! The seating was comfortable, and our family enjoyed all the activities. The location is great, especially because it is right up the hill from the welcome center and trolley stop.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The views of the mountains were beautiful, and the accommodations of the house comfortably suited all. From the movie room, video games, indoor pool and pool table, the kids were always occupied with something to do. The back porch was one of our favorite hang outs as well. The proximity to nearby attractions made it easy to tourist by day and relax with quiet family time in the evening. The host was very quick to respond if there was ever a question.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! In fact, when it was time to leave, none of us wanted to go home.The location couldn't have been better. It was right between Gatlinburg and Sevierville, so we could easily enjoy both areas without spending a lot of time driving. The trolley stop being just a few minutes away was another huge plus.The indoor pool was a favorite, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub as well. The theater room made for fun family movie nights, and the pool table and arcade game kept everyone entertained. We never ran out of things to do.The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We loved sitting out on the decks in the mornings with coffee and taking in the mountain views. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it feel even more like home.The bedroom layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We've stayed in several cabins over the years, and this one is definitely our favorite! We made wonderful memories here and we can't wait to come back. If you're looking for a place that combines a great location, amazing amenities, and a comfortable family atmosphere, you won't be disappointed.
