Casa Bonita features three main bedrooms on the main floor—two with king beds and one with a queen bed. A large bonus room upstairs offers an additional queen bed, living area, and home office for extra space and comfort.

The open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped chef’s kitchen provide a welcoming space for gathering. A quaint library offers a quiet retreat, while the private backyard includes a fire table, BBQ, fire pit, and large deck—perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.

Two full bathrooms, both with grab bars for added accessibility, ensure convenience for all guests, along with an additional half bath for extra comfort.

🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY STAY

Because vacations should include your furry family members too! Please note, cats are not permitted due to severe allergies. Thank you for understanding.



🌳 OUTDOOR SPACE & PET GUIDELINES

Casa Bonita has a large backyard, but it is not fenced. We kindly ask guests to respect the property boundaries and be mindful of neighbours. If you're bringing dogs, please supervise and secure them for their safety and the comfort of those around. Poo bags are provided to help keep the space clean.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to all rooms in the house, ensuring a comfortable and spacious stay. Please note that the basement and garage are locked off for private use.

Casa Bonita is nestled in the charming town of Stratford, PEI, a peaceful community just a short drive from the vibrant city of Charlottetown. You're a quick 5-minute drive from beautiful beaches and excellent golfing opportunities. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a 10-minute drive, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants. Local shops and essential amenities are also easily accessible. Stratford offers a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a getaway, with the convenience of being close to both natural attractions and urban conveniences.



Getting Around:

Casa Bonita offers convenient access to transportation options. Free parking is available on the premises for your vehicles. For those arriving by air, the Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Public transportation options are limited in Stratford, so a car is recommended for getting around and exploring the surrounding areas. The property's central location provides easy access to major roads, making day trips to various attractions straightforward and accessible.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $200 pet fee applied per stay.



Please note: Proper waste sorting is required under provincial regulations. All garbage, compost, and recycling must be separated correctly using the bins provided. Detailed sorting instructions are available in the Welcome Book. Failure to sort waste properly may result in an additional cleaning fee.
