Welcome to Villa Maria-Gabriele, a peaceful retreat in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kölpinsee! Our beautiful accommodations are located on a quiet street, just about 600 meters from the beach—perfect for relaxing days by the sea.

The parking space right next to the house has room for one car (please note that it is not suitable for vans, minibuses, or SUVs). A lockable bike shed is available for your bicycles, so you can store them safely.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee. Pets are not allowed.

Vacation Rental 03:

Welcome to our quiet and cozy vacation rental in the lakeside resort of Kölpinsee! With approximately 45 m², it accommodates up to 4 people and is located on the first floor of Villa Maria-Gabriele. Perfect for a relaxing vacation by the lake.
The apartment is comfortably furnished: In the bedroom, you’ll find a TV; in the living room, a smart TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine is available for your laundry.
Families with young children are warmly welcome! For the children, there is a high chair, a travel crib, a stroller, and child-friendly tableware. The entire floor is tiled, which makes cleaning easier. Outside, the patio with garden furniture invites you to relax. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house in your own parking space, and bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable bike shed. Wi-Fi is included in the price during your stay, so you can stay connected online.
Please note that bed linens and towels are not included in the price. However, you can book these as a linen package through our guest services representative, Ms. Langosch-Jacob. Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
