A modern, spacious apartment that can accommodate 1 to 3 people, located in a quiet residential neighborhood

We have been renting out this apartment, which features above-average amenities, as a vacation rental since 2022. The apartment has two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed, a large closet, a couch, and a desk; and a smaller bedroom with a single bed, storage space, and a desk. In addition, the apartment features a large bathroom (with two sinks, a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub), a separate guest restroom, and a spacious living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen.
Outside, you’ll find a partially covered terrace with a dining area and a small garden.
The apartment was furnished with great attention to detail. Special emphasis was placed on both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
