The “Hafenglück” vacation home in the Baltic Sea resort town of Olpenitz presents a welcoming sight with its sunny, yellow facade. The living area measures approximately 130 square meters. The interior is decorated in warm shades of yellow and can accommodate up to four people.

The “Hafenglück” vacation home is characterized by a cozy country-style design. The living and dining area on the first floor faces the water. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offer a sweeping view of the sailing and recreational boat harbor as well as the Baltic Sea. The bright living room is furnished with two sofas, a large smart TV, and a fireplace.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers amateur chefs all the necessary appliances and utensils. A Sonos system, controlled via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, provides entertainment.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a spacious closet, and an armchair. Each room has its own bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, and a walk-in shower or bathtub. The bedroom on the waterfront also features a balcony with a panoramic view of the harbor and the Baltic Sea.

The location of the “Hafenglück” vacation home is ideal for your Baltic Sea vacation. The shared swimming dock for the semi-detached house is located right next to the house. The sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, with its swimming cove, is within walking distance. The house features two terraces: one accessible from the living room, furnished with seating and an electric grill, and the other by the dock, complete with a beach chair. A sauna house is available.

A high chair is provided for children, and a travel crib can be arranged. There is a parking space with an electric charging station in front of the house. Use of the charging station is charged at a flat rate of €5 per day.
