The villa is located in the gated Su Solianu residential complex on a 1,450-square-meter private hillside lot with a southern view overlooking the idyllic marina of Porto Ottiolu.
The outdoor area features a kidney-shaped pool (9.00 m x 5.00 m) with an outdoor shower, a pool terrace, a rooftop terrace with ocean views, and a lounge terrace.
The villa, built in the Sardinian style with plenty of granite in the facade and surrounding walls, consists of 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds and their respective en-suite bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink, and bidet).
The spacious living area features a sofa nook overlooking the glass-enclosed veranda and the pool area, and also includes a fully equipped kitchen. In the evenings, you’re welcome to grill a barbecue on the provided gas grill.

Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is available in every room.
A washing machine, 3 smart TVs, and Wi-Fi are also available.
The parking area, with space for 2 cars, is located directly in front of the house.

During the summer months, you’ll find everything you need at the harbor: various restaurants, a bar, a kiosk, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and, of course, a beautiful sandy beach with a small beach bar. In the early and late seasons, there are plenty of amenities in the neighboring towns of Budoni and San Teodoro.

The nearest large white-sand beaches in Budoni and San Teodoro (La Cinta) are about 4 km away.
Budoni Beach can also be reached on foot by walking along the shore in about 40 minutes.
The nearby Puntaldia Golf Club is open from mid-March to mid-November.
