The beach and the beautiful promenade, with its many cafés and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

In this lovely vacation rental, you can enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation close to the beach.

The vacation rental features a bright living room connected to a spacious kitchen. Here you’ll find a cozy sofa with a coffee table, sideboard, and flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table with 6 comfortable chairs.

The kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking. A large window provides plenty of natural light here as well.

From the living room, you can step out onto the beautiful southeast-facing balcony. There is a storage room here that you are welcome to use for your beach gear.

Through the large hallway with a coat closet, you’ll enter the separate master bedroom, which features a box-spring bed (with a full-length topper), a large closet, nightstands with reading lamps, and a TV.

The children’s bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. The bottom bed is 140 cm wide and the top bed is 90 cm wide. You’ll also find a closet and a travel crib here.

The large bathroom features a shower/tub combination and a washing machine. An ironing board and iron are also provided in the apartment.



From the vacation rental, you even have a partial ocean view (obscured by buildings and trees).

There is also a small playground in the outdoor area.

The vacation rental is located near the beach.

Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests.

There is a covered bike rack in front of the house.

A private parking space (No. 5) is also available to guests.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
