This modernly furnished vacation rental offers space for up to 4 adults in its 43 m² of living space.<br>The beach and the beautiful promenade, with its many cafés and restaurants, are nearby and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.<br><br>The lovely vacation apartment owned by the Olbert family in the Baltic Sea resort town of Dahme features a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (for 2 people), an armchair, a coffee table, a dining area with 4 chairs, and a built-in kitchen.<br>From here, you have access to the terrace.<br><br>In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a double bed with nightstands, a TV, and a closet.<br><br>There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.<br>There is a coat rack in the hallway.<br><br>Guests have access to their own underground parking space, No. 1<br>and a bicycle storage room<br><br>Shared laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are available in the building (coin-operated).<br>An iron is provided in the apartment.<br><br>Rental agent: Olbert<br><br>The cancellation policy for this accommodation differs from our Terms and Conditions:<br><br>The following rules apply to bookings for this property:<br><br>Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.<br>For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.<br>For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.<br>For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.<br><br>This accommodations are arranged by our agency on behalf of and for the account of the owner.<br>When you make a booking, the contract for the rental of the accommodations are entered into directly with the owner. Ein Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit, weil wir die Spinnen an der Decke nicht mitgebucht hatten.

Ein Punkt Abzug bei der Sauberkeit, weil wir die Spinnen an der Decke nicht mitgebucht hatten. Sonst ein ideales kleines Feriendomizil mit kurzem Weg zum Strand und einem gut befahrbaren Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht und uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. August 2026 ist bereits gebucht.

Wohnung war für 2 Personen und Hund ausreichend. Alles da, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Bad sehr schön. Lage gut , nah am Hundestrand und dem neuen Hundeauslauf. Für September wurde wieder gebucht .

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit Hund voll ausreichend. Das Bad ist relativ neu und i.O. Auf den harten Matratzen haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Eine Garderobe für Jacken (im Flur), Backofen und ein Radio wären gut. Bei der Sauberkeit kann man nochmal " nachschärfen". Wir meinen hier nicht die Grundreinigung. Die Terasse ist sehr klein und musste von uns erst gereinigt werden (Tisch, Stühle, Aschenbecher). Alles in Allem war die Wohnung gut und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. LG
