Set on 1,700 square meters of land with approximately 105 m² of living space, the house offers plenty of room for the whole family. The house is located on the edge of a landscape conservation area, with an unobstructed view. Beautiful hiking and biking trails start right from the house. In winter, you can go hiking and cross-country skiing right from the house; family-friendly ski lifts are especially close by. There are shopping opportunities in the small hamlets, and for a stroll, you can head to Isny or Kempten.

The house has been awarded three DTV stars and features two double bedrooms—one with a fireplace and sitting area—a children’s room with bunk beds, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, TV, and radio. Among other things, the Allgäu Bike Trail runs right past our house. Many other excursions can be undertaken from here. You can hike up the Ballon—at 1,069 meters, it’s the highest peak in western Allgäu. From there, you’ll have a magnificent view of the Allgäu landscape, and on a clear day, you can see Lake Constance and the Säntis in Switzerland. Or hike up the Schwarzer Kamm, which, at 1,118 meters, is the highest peak in Württemberg. There, too, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Alps on a clear day.

Swimming in the lakes, forests, or outdoor pools offers a refreshing way to cool off in the summer, while the region’s water parks invite you to visit in the winter or when the weather is bad.

Isny, Kempten, Füssen, Lindau, and Bregenz—along with Lake Constance and the Pfänder—are interesting and beautiful destinations.
