Semi-detached house lighthouse in vacation park with garden, terrace and pool
The 96 m² semi-detached house spans two levels
On the first level, the living area—complete with a fireplace, seating area, TV, DVD player, and a dining table for six—invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.
A bathroom with a shower, washer-dryer, and a separate entryway/closet area are also located on the first floor.
The living room opens onto the furnished terraces.
On the second level, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet
Two of the bedrooms each feature a double bed (box spring with 2 mattresses, 90 x 200), while the other bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge upon request.
The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.
Facilities:
The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of playground equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a carousel, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.
The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, serves delicious meals. Here you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.
Reservations for the restaurant can be made at: 0179-1495432.
BiIt’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.
Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging points (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.

In die Jahre gekommen
Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gefallen und der Ort war sehr schön.
Allerdings war die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besteck und Geschirr mussten nochmals komplett gesäubert werden Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zu klein, alt und laut. Sie mussten getrennt benutzt werden, weil sonst die Sicherung kommt. Amaturen im Bad waren überstrichen und alt. TV Sender viel zu wenig, nur 10 oder 12 Stück. Auch kein Streaming über Fernseher möglich, weil zu alt. Der Grill im Garten war total verdreckt. Es gab auch leider keinen Rundgang und Erklärung zu dem Haus. Dann ist das Haus auch noch sehr Hellhörig. Die Möbel und Größe der Räume war sehr angenehm und gut. Gesamturteil der Unterkunft - Note 3 bis 4
