Beach Lodge - A dream apartment with sauna in SPO!

The "Beach Lodge 4" apartment in the "Reethaus Beach Lodge" is located on the 1st floor and has approximately 30 m² of living space. It accommodates 1–2 people.
An entryway with a coat rack and mirror leads you into the central room, the living-dining area. Here you’ll find a cozy seating area with two modern armchairs for watching TV, a dining table with three chairs, and—mounted directly on the wall—a shelf and charging station for your cell phone, for example. A kitchenette with a fully equipped pantry blends in seamlessly and has plenty to offer, including a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, espresso maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and more.
At the dining table, you can start your day off wonderfully with fresh rolls from the nearby bakery.
The view through the windows onto the well-maintained green space is simply magnificent and beckons you outside. In front of the house, to the left of the entrance, there is a furnished patio area that belongs to the apartment.
Here you can sit sheltered from the wind and beneath the house’s high-quality thatched roof.
The garden also serves as a sunbathing area for catching some rays. In the evening, you can unwind in the cozy double bed (180x200 cm).
The modern bathroom with a window features a floor-to-ceiling rain shower, a heated towel rack, a sink, and a toilet.
After enjoying various vacation activities, you can find soothing relaxation in the house’s sauna, located in the common areas in the basement. The communal sauna is accessible from all 8 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.
The large basement offers storage space for water sports equipment, surfboards, etc.
There is space for your bicycles in a designated shelter with a bike rack.

There are two parking spaces at the house, as well as public parking spaces available free of charge.

The “Beach Lodge” vacation home is wonderfully peaceful, located on the outskirts of the popular Ording district.
Surrounded by nature and hiking trails, you can reach the sea dike and Ording’s main beach directly on foot or by car. The spa center in the Bad district—with shops, restaurants, and cafés, as well as the Dünentherme and therapy facilities—is just a 10- to 15-minute bike ride away.
After enjoying various vacation activities, you can unwind in the building’s sauna, located in the common areas in the basement. The communal sauna is accessible from all 8 apartments in the building, as are the washing machines and dryer in the laundry room.

You’re also welcome to bring your dog on vacation; please note the specific rules for each property.
