Nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes you'll find this charming Sierra Park Villa! Spend sun-filled days swinging your club at Sierra Star Golf Course, taking scenic hikes at Crystal Lake Trailhead, capturing breathtaking views at Minaret Vista, and dining like a local at one of the area's popular hotspots. The cooler months bring their own list of amusements with nearby Mammoth Mountain Ski Area and June Mountain Ski Area both being within 25 miles.

On days that you aren't looking to go far from the comfort of your retreat, simply head for the villa's hot tub, grilling area, or sauna.

Inside, all of the comforts of home are present. Settle down and enjoy the living room's comfortable seating, wood stove, and large TV. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen features all of the necessities needed to prepare delicious dishes such as stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, ample meal prep space, and an in-kitchen dining area.

As evening falls over the mountains, head to the deck for unforgettable views before crawling under the bedroom's cozy quilts. Rest, dream, and repeat!

Clean comfortable condo on the trolley line. Walking distance to shops, restaurants & movie theater.

The mountain experience was great.The condo was nice. The only negative thing to report is the upstairs heater was out of commission. The family and I enjoyed our stay and would use this property again.

Great location, place was clean and close to the sauna/jacuzzi which was nice.Unfortunately the host was not upfront prior to the booking, as we had asked if a gym was onsite & was not. Additionally, the upstairs tv was broken and the dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival which was not disclosed.

Spacious, well furnished and a comfortable bed. The property was well heated, the woodchip burner being particularly nice. It was well situated to visit the mountains around. The outlook was not that good, with close by buildings except for one morning when there was a brown bear sunning itself close up to our patio window so they get 5 stars for that!

Great stay!

Had a great stay with friends. We had a hassle-free check-in and out. The unit was clean, most items you’d need are provided, and the location is great. Walking distance from shops and grocery stores. Heating system could be a bit better, but then again nothing layering up can fix. Parking also gets a bit packed at times.

Sierra Park Villa

This condo looked like it was recently redone. Nice new furniture and appliances. However, the new wall heating unit never got the condo very warm and it was loud. Fortunately there was a space heater in the closet. The grout around the shower glass door had a lot of mildew. I would suggest for the kitchen getting a dish drying rack and salad tongs.
