Though there is no AC, the new owners of this home have added ceiling fans in each bedroom and there is a box fan in each bedroom closet as well to keep guests cool in the warmer months. The kitchen and bathroom countertops have been replaced with granite, the wall paper has been removed and fresh paint put in its place. In addition, the thermostat has been updated and a new microwave and range have been installed.
