Nothing beats the convenience of having your own gas fireplace to come back home to after spending the days at the slopes or a well-equipped kitchenette with all the cooking essentials to prepare savory meals and snacks. There's no need to worry about dirty clothes or finding a nearby laundromat; this mountain studio comes equipped with an on-site washer/dryer!

Located less than three miles from the heart of Steamboat Springs and all of its wonderful dining and entertainment options and trailheads, this is the perfect place to be!

Perfect Location

This is the perfect spot to stay in Steamboat. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean and stocked to meet our needs. The gondola right out the front door and there was shuttle service to anyplace we wanted to go. The hot tubs were a nice perk after a day on the slopes. We will definitely be back.

Great stay but…

Easy check in/out. But…the pans were kind of gross, there were dead bugs trapped in the shower curtain (really wasn’t that big of a deal since it’s summer time and they all fell to the shower floor down the drain), the sliding door doesn’t lock and I was given the completely wrong WiFi password at the beginning. Also, I could only hear the 2 people above me. One had an extremely heavy walk but it never lasted too long. Not sure I would stay again. The pool and hot tubs are really great. Some of the best I’ve seen out of all the places I’ve been to in the area.

Great location but very poor experience with Vacasa

We had issues with the AC and weren't able to adjust the thermostat in the room to lower the temperature. The programming kept overriding the temperature I would set. The room remained at 77 degrees and was very uncomfortable and hot, which made it extremely difficult to get a good night of sleep. When I reached out to Vacasa, I was told a ticket was created to address the issue, but I never received any follow-up which was very disappointing. The location is great and there are nice amenities, but the acoustics in the building could be better. We kept hearing the people in the upstairs unit at all times throughout the day/night.

Pros and cons

The good thing about it is how close it is to the gondola that takes you to mountain. It's right outside the doors. The property was clean and well maintained. The cons were the walls were paper thin and all night long people's footsteps could be heard and it was very loud. The snow blows beeping and scraping we're other reasons it was hard to get sleep. Lastly I had someone from Vacasa burst into my room unannounced with a keycard and it was very startingling. Before I could really question why he was in my room he ran off. When I went to the front desk to ask if this was normal or what was going on they said it was a mistake and he was pry embarrassed which was why he ran off. Not a huge deal but I would be lieing if I said I felt comfortable leaving the room after that seeing as I had a lot of expensive or valuable items there. All in Not a bad experience , but I pry would stay somewhere else next time.

Perfect weekend getaway

Perfect for a couple staying in steamboat. Only about a 10 minute bus ride from downtown steamboat and right next to a ski lift for winter stayers! The room was very clean and well equipped. I look forward to staying here again
