Spoil yourself with an unforgettable getaway to this winter wonderland and make yourself at home in the comfort of this ski-in/out condo. With an open concept living and dining area, everyone will be able to gather for warm meals after dreamy days on fresh powder. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make any recipes with ease, and everyone can enjoy it at the breakfast bar or dining table set for six. During warmer times of the year, nothing beats watching the sunset from the private balcony, so take a glass of wine out in the fresh air and relax in bliss. When the stars come out, everyone can use the free WiFi to share memories with friends back home or stream a favorite show to end perfect days.

The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.

Location Location Location

The unit is in the perfect location. You can see the mountain day or night. The shortest walk to the snow. The unit was comfortable. Seems to have a new couch and chairs. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Summer Stay!

We booked a last minute road trip for family time and to visit friends in the area. The condo was great and had everything we needed! It was clean, well stocked with basic necessities (thank you!), and air conditioned in the master bedroom. Great view of the slopes from the fifth floor. We really enjoyed the pool and workout amenities. Location was literally right behind restaurants, kids wading creek, and common area and we loved meeting friends there. There are paths up the mountain just steps from the door and the garage parking was very easy.

Great location

A true ski in ski out. Close to everything and the cleanest condo we have ever rented. You can see the gondola from the living room which makes it great to time your morning ski departure to beat the crowds. Everything is walkable and the free shuttle is a huge plus. Definitely will rent again!

Wonderful ski in/out location

My wife, daughter and I came in for 8 nights primarily for skiing and enjoying Steamboat and we simply couldn't have asked for a better location and very comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. We loved the views, the fireplace, the balcony, and all the amenities that came with the unit. Underground parking with very convenient elevator access also made this great considering how much snow we received. We highly recommend this unit for an excellent experience.

Loved the view. King size bed was comfortable for goodnights sleep. Great location. We want to rent next summer. Are there any breaks in the rental for return renters? Kitchen was well supplied with utensils.
