Enjoy one of Telluride's premier ski-in/ski-out locations at this bright and comfortable Terraces condo, where the Chondola and Lift 10 are just steps from your door. From this convenient Mountain Village retreat, you can easily access the slopes, Mountain Village Plaza, and downtown Telluride, making it an ideal basecamp for a winter getaway or a summer mountain adventure.

The Chondola provides easy access to Mountain Village Plaza, where you'll find restaurants and shops, with many staying open late during ski season. From the plaza, hop aboard the free gondola for a scenic 12-minute ride into the town of Telluride, giving you convenient access to both communities without needing a car.

Inside, the condo features a bright, open layout with vaulted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and a gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and keeps the cook connected to the living area, making it easy to prepare meals before heading out for another day in the mountains.

Step onto the deck for a direct view of the Meadows ski run and Lifts 1 and 10. During ski season, it's a convenient spot to keep an eye on the conditions and watch the activity on the mountain while enjoying the surrounding scenery.

The spacious primary suite features a king bed and private full bathroom, while the second bedroom on the main floor offers a queen bed. Upstairs, an open loft sleeping area includes two bunk beds and a private bathroom, creating a flexible setup that works especially well for families or groups traveling together.

In winter, step outside and head directly toward the Chondola and Lift 10 for easy access to Telluride Ski Resort. After a day on the slopes, return to the comfort of the condo, warm up by the gas fireplace, or relax on the deck while taking in the mountain views.

When summer arrives, trade skis for hiking, biking, and other outdoor adventures throughout the area. Return to the condo after a day on the trails and enjoy the peaceful mountain setting, convenient location, and comfortable spaces to relax together.

With exceptional ski-in/ski-out access, proximity to the Chondola and Lift 10, easy transportation to Mountain Village and Telluride, a mountain-view deck, and flexible sleeping arrangements including a private bunk loft, this Terraces condo makes a convenient home base for experiencing Telluride in every season.

THINGS TO KNOW

Chondola is a gondola that operates until midnight in ski season, and connects to the free gondola system. In the summer, free dial-a-ride is available to renters instead for travel to the Mountain Village.

Great house

Nice views, comfortable house with 3 full bathrooms. Had everything we needed. Able to walk to or from the free town gondola just over half a mile away and ride it to the gondola to telluride. Perfect summer vacay spot

Our Telluride Condo

An outstanding property that was so fitting for our needs. 5 brothers and a sister gathered for the 50th Telluride Bluegrass Festival and our stay at the Terraces made our trip. Well Done!!

Ski Getaway

Property is probably the most ideal location if you're in Telluride to ski. Legitimately ski-in/ski-out. Ample and comfortable space for rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. You can hop on the chondola merely steps away, then connect to the main Telluride gondola for a trip down into Telluride village. Would book again should we return to Telluride!

Comfortable condo in a great location.. with a few issues

We stayed for 3 nights to witness blooming fall colors in beautiful Telluride and the location as well the city surpassed our expectations. The property itself provides awesome view of the mountains and we could have as well just stayed inside for all 3 days and enjoyed the views. Pros: great location, bunk bed for kids, good quality toiletries Cons: Heater sensor not working and came on all of a sudden several times making it uncomfortable, condo is on second floor which is not clearly mentioned in listing (had to chug luggage up), mattress not very comfortable, sign to not take shoes inside but no shoe rack provided, no snacks as mentioned in the description.

Hi, Arvind! The heaters kick on and off to regulate the room to whatever temperature the thermostat is set to; we will ensure this is working properly. Please note the clubhouse has snacks, not the rental itself. Thank you!

Raw sewage and unscrupulous management

This condo complex was having work done on the sewer lines and management decided it was not worth informing the guests. When we brought it up to them, they acknowledged that they knew there was work being work done. We were there over the holiday weekend, paying top dollar for the nice mountain air smelling like raw sewage. We never would have booked this place if we'd known they were having this issue. Recognizing that it would be difficult to get the issue fixed during our stay, we asked for some financial accommodation. They offered us $100 back (3% of the cost of our stay). and said it was all they were willing to do. Insulting.

Perfect location/comfortable home

Great condo for our families to celebrate Christmas! Perfect location with true ski-in/out access and steps from the Chondola. Easy to get to the mountain village & town. The kids enjoyed the bunk room - wasn’t clear that this is a loft area from the listing & has a steep metal spiral staircase - but worked just fine for us! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Location

The property is in a beautiful, quiet location. It is a 20 minute walk up a pretty steep hill, or a 5 minute drive to get to the market and gondola. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The one glitch for us was the third "bedroom" with the two bunks was really a loft opening to the living room and kitchen. This made it impossible for people to stay up late to watch TV/play games or for the early risers to get their day started while the others were trying to sleep. Other than that, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

Amazing location, fantastic property

This place really is "Ski in/Ski out" with like a 50 foot walk to/from the snow down to the primary lift (Chondola). The location ended up being a god-send from a skiing perspective (very easy to start the day, break for lunch, end the day). We had 4 full grown adults and stayed here comfortably - 2 of the adults split the king bed in the master BD, 1 took the guest room off the main entrance and the other 2 of us slept up stairs on the bottom bunk of the 2x bunk beds. If you have more people than this, 2 kids or smaller people could take the top of the 2x bunk beds BUT those mattresses are less comfortable or you'd need to start bringing in air mattresses. Condo itself felt bigger than the advertised 1300sqft, very comfortable and perfect for a social setup. We cooked all our meals together... also water pressure in the showers was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

condo review

This Condo is very well kept, comfortable, well-furnished and quite clean. The only problem is parking (for just one car) which is about 5 doors down so not attached to the the condo itself. If you have two cars you will be told that nearest parking overnight is at Mountain Village Market about 2 miles away in a pay lot at $25 per night. There are some un-assigned spaces among the units but only about 7 for 14 units.
