Located in the desirable Flat Tops at Wildhorse neighborhood, this updated and well-equipped home gives you wonderful access to the best of the Rocky Mountains. Downtown Steamboat Springs is a short three-mile drive with all of its incredible restaurants, the Steamboat Art Museum, and many trailheads.

You will also have access to the amazing amenities right next door at Wildhorse Meadows, which include a large heated outdoor pool, three hot tubs, a fitness center, a game room, an outdoor firepit, and access to the Wildhorse Gondola. On-call shuttle service is also available.

This three-bedroom home offers space for the whole family. The mountain modern design and ample use of windows provides an oasis with sweeping views. The perfect combination of luxury and location, the house features all the latest furnishings and appliances, including granite and tile throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as beautifully crafted wood cabinets. Enjoy an open-concept floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and spend your time relaxing in front of the gas fireplace or taking in the fresh mountain air on your private deck.

Great house and location. Stay with our 2 little ones and was very easy to get around and the close access to the pool was awesome. We stayed in summer season but would be awesome for winter stays as well.

Great mountain getaway

The house was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. We loved the patio, being able to use the pool, and the amount of rooms and beds available. Definitely recommend.

Great location. Quick gondola ride to main base.

Loved this condo. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Bonus were the 3 outdoor hot tubs and pool. Big hit with kids.

Steamboat weekend

Beautiful accommodations. Everything was great. Only hiccup was there is only A/C on top floor. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with fans, but we thought the entire unit would have A/C.

Family spring break trip

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids for spring break 2025. We loved this property. We had plenty of space, and the location was perfect. Of all the townhomes on Flat Top Court, this is the closest one to the hot tubs/pool, and also the closest to the Wildhorse Gondola. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola, and we never had to wait in a long line for it, even on a busy spring break week. Everything on this listing and in the photos was accurate. We had no complaints, and would love to stay here again!

Great place to Stay short of the view

This is a great Townhouse/Condo single unit not attached to others. It is in a great location, closest Unit to the Lodge and Gondola so you can basically walk anywhere you want including your ski gear. The only reason I am giving this a overall 3 star is because with the price tag I paid and the pictures showing a beautiful view of the Mountain from the living room is completely inaccurate and out of date. There are several three story units behind this unit and all the decks are looking into this living room, Granted there are blinds on the windows, but I paid the price expecting a view as advertised in the pictures which was not delivered.

Clean and Comfortable

This home was great! Very spacious and comfortable. One feature which was great was the deck just off the master bedroom and kitchen. During the day it had views of the mountians and at night it had beautiful views of the stars.

AWESOME PLACE

This place is great. It was really perfect, great location. Fully stocked. Nice robes for the pool and hot tub which is just a few steps away. The doors and windows all open up and views are awesome. My only complaint is the King mattress was horrible! It was so soft and worn out that there was a giant hump in the middle. It was so soft, we had to sleep in the double room in the downstairs. This place is incredible, so I would recommend they put in a new mattress. Other than that, we would totally be back!

Poor instructions from Vacasa

Property was clean, had amenities as advertised except for a cleaning crew during our stay which Vacasa left a separate envelope to tip the cleaning staff during our stay. Where Vacasa also fell short was a lack of checkin and checkout instructions. How to utilize the many A/C’s on the property along with what to do with the trash and recycling. As a super host of several short term rentals I hope Vacasa follows through and provides guests with more knowledge about the property

Great location and condo!

Location is super convenient. The gondola which takes you to the base is only a 2 minute walk away. Condo is modern, clean and well appointed. Vacasa offers a free shuttle to town which is also super convenient. Very good stay.

Spacious modern townhouse

Great for skiing with Ironhorse Gondola which drops you in the ski village. Heated garage made for stress free visits into town with our car. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay with family!

My family and I visited to celebrate my son’s fifth birthday and we had a blast. Fantastic location, clean home, all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend and would return!

Steamboat Summer 2021

This “will be” a lovely property with a great layout for relaxing or entertaining. There were a few downsides to the property. The entire neighborhood is under construction which would have been nice to know-at the price we paid we weren’t expecting to hear heavy machinery at 8am and look at mounds of dirt and piles of lumber. I think this will be a fantastic property when all the construction is completed, but until then expect a full on construction site when renting.

Amazing place

The house was new and really clean. The pool and hot tubs were a short walk away and the large opening doors and windows made for lovely summer evenings. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet stay

Had a great spring break with our 4 kids - skied, cooked, hot tubbed and relaxed! The place was beautiful and comfortable. Easy walk to gondola. Can’t wait for covid to be over so the hot tubs are easier to go to!

Great place to stay

A great place to stay , good location, the gondola that takes you to ski area was down several times and had to call for shuttle service, which was not a problem. The property could use another full bath , a hot tub would be fantastic on the deck !!!

Perfect getaway!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor deck has great views and everything about the home is well put together. It fit two couples and baby (with more room for other kids) easily. Would highly recommend staying here if you are headed to Steamboat!

Loved our stay!

This unit was new, well-stocked, and worked perfect for our group. Small touches for the kids like kid-sized robes! The kitchen was amazing particularly the indoor/outdoor space. It would’ve been extra amazing if it had a dining table outside or better yet - a hot tub! Loved the location, walking distance to river, mountain base, and loved the facilities (even though pool was difficult to use with covid rules). Highly recommend!

AMAZING!

This home is beautiful with everything you need. Perfect location with access to the base, downtown and all the fun activities Steamboat has to offer. Pool and amenities are clean and great. We have already stayed here twice and will continue to book again and again!
