Clean quiet and convenient property

We had exactly everything we needed for the unit. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Great place to stay near the skiing and close to other cool things in steamboat

Property is clean and well stocked. Furniture is fairly wornout and in need of update. Television in bedroom doesnt work. It was also hot and maybe could furnish a fan. It is odd that hot tub is not located in pool area.

Comfortable and convenient. It’s a short maybe 7 minute walk to the gondola or an easy shuttle ride. There is a little noise from upstairs but that’s to be expected I guess. Clean. Good communication. Access to hot tubs and easy shuttle service to area restaurants at night.

Great clean lodging, 12min walk to chairlift

Good amenities in clean lodge, shuttle to ski Base or easy 12 min walk. Free parking. Friendly staff. Can shower or change after check out. Shuttle in evenings to town.

The condo was wonderful. It was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. Check-in and check-out was easy. Just remember, there is no AC, so the room was pretty warm when we arrived. However, there was a fan in the closet we used. We put the fan in a window at night and cooled off the place pretty quickly.

We had a nice stay, convenient shuttle service. Condo nice but does NOT have a private pool and hot tub, but a community one outside within walking distance. We were disappointed when we arrived and found out the hot tub was not private with the condo.

Basic but comfortable

The home was comfortable and nice. My only complaint is the condition of the sofa. It was old and raggedy with several rips and tears. It should really be updated soon. The office staff was super friendly and gave recommendations of things to do while in Steamboat. Overall we were happy with the home and would stay there again.

Wonderful condo and location

Great condo and walking distance to mountain. Only improvement would be tv in living room didn’t have instructions and was older. Otherwise, great stay and would definitely return.

Excellent location

Very comfortable condo close to the slopes and also close to the shuttle that runs all day long to the base of the ski mountain. Also appreciated the on-demand free shuttle to any restaurant, market, store in the town. On-site staff were so helpful and responsive.

GREAT LOCATION!!!

The place was perfect for our 4day stay! The bus picks you right up front and takes you anywhere in town! We walked to the Ski lifts and thats why the location is PERFECT!

Wonderful stay

When we checked in the staff was very welcoming. Answered all our questions and got us going in the right direction. Because of the event we were participating in we needed a bit of a later check out, they were able to satisfy that request. Grand kids enjoyed the pool, the facilities were clean and nice. Great Stay.
