Información de la propiedad

Dream vacation apartment with large heated pool and beautiful garden

Our vacation home is located in the medieval town of BALE, just 12 km from ROVINJ, the “Pearl of Istria.” The design of the vacation apartments combines traditional local elements with state-of-the-art, high-quality amenities and great attention to detail. The centerpiece of our property is the 5x10m pool, set in the midst of a spacious garden featuring a herb garden, sun loungers, patio furniture, and a grill. The vacation home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Bale. Restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and an ATM are all within a few hundred meters’ walk. The natural beach in Bale isn’t overcrowded even in high season, and you can always find a quiet spot. From Bale, you can take beautiful and interesting day trips to the surrounding area. We recommend visiting Dvigrad, Groznijan, Poreč, Rovinj, Motovun, Plitvice Lakes, Cape Kamenjak, and the islands of Cres and Krk.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely property. Immaculately clean and very stylish. Bale is incredibly beautiful and numerous restaurants and a shop are all within just a few minutes walk. Bit of a problem with communication as they only spoke German - Anja (who does speak great English) is not at the property. Some comments. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to bedrooms 2 and 3 and the upstairs shower room. There is some screening but anyone in bed can be seen by other occupants. Not an issue for us as a family but if you were three couples it might be. Also bed 3 does not have air conditioning. We all struggled sleeping in the morning with the amount of light coming in through the gauze blinds. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful spacious modern apartment

We had a fantastic week staying in this wonderful apartment in the beautiful town of Bale. The apartment was spacious, sparklingly clean and had everything we needed for the 6 of us. The pool was fabulous and also very clean, and sharing it with a few other families was not an issue, everyone was very friendly and thoughtful of other guests. The pass to the camping site nearby - Mon Perin, with it's wonderful beaches, splash park and water sports, was a lovely surprise and we made very good use it, so thank you very much indeed! A short walk down the hill into Bale with it's lovely restaurants and a drive away from all the fantastic sights of Istria (and the airport), we couldn't have hoped for better. We will definitely recommend the apartment to others.
