The 50 m² Upstalsboom 3-room vacation apartment, sihi424, is located in the Hus Inselkieker vacation complex in Schillig and can accommodate up to 3 people. Particularly noteworthy are its location near the beach along the dike and the ocean view from inside the apartment and from the balcony of this cozy apartment.

The Location
The apartment faces southwest and is located on the 4th floor of the popular “Hus Inselkieker” vacation complex. From here, you have direct access to the beach. You’ll be staying in a quiet, virtually car-free location on the dike. The sandy beach is just 50 meters away. In the neighborhood, you’ll find small shops and cafés, nestled in the coastal atmosphere.

The living-dining area features a flat-screen TV (32 inches), a hi-fi system, a CD player, board games, and books. From here, you also have access to the covered balcony facing southwest with a side view of the sea!
The separate, fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner glass-ceramic stove with an oven, a coffee maker, an egg cooker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an air fryer.
Two separate bedrooms are available. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.10 m) with a flat-screen TV (32 inches), while the second bedroom has a single bed (0.90 x 2.10 m) and is also equipped with a flat-screen TV (24 inches). A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.

A designated parking space is available to you free of charge. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.
As guests of the “Hus Inselkieker,” you have access to an elevator, a storage room for bicycles, and a beach playground. Ideal for families: Shared use of a washing machine and dryer is available for a fee. An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are provided in the vacation rental.
